MATRYOSHKA
In 2017, Matryoshka started as a startup research and development (R&D) company that specializes in the development of innovative technological processes that bring added value to users and have a positive impact on the environment. The company was founded in Skopje, North Macedonia, where the first successful technological process was developed, which was later applied in the food technology industry. At the end of 2018, Matryoshka opened a subsidiary in Coventry, United Kingdom.
The main product that is in the focus of Matryoshka and for which the company is recognizable is WICE – ice cream with wine. The unique advantage of this product consists in the food technological process. In simple words, WICE represents a new way of consuming wine, in the form of ice cream.
Results
- Acquisition of a specialized production line as part of the new factory
- HACCP certified production
- 10 types of ice cream of which 4 are wine ice-creams and 6 are regular flavors
- Present in 9 cities and over 100 hospitality locals on the Macedonian market through two sales channels: HoReCa and supermarkets

The Brummel motorcycle blazer is designed for all lovers of
motorcycles that at the same time want to look elegant and
to have the proper protection.

- Design and prototype production of the Brummell Blazer V2 (the new and improved version of the Brummell Blazer jacket)
- Acquired additional investment of 100 000 euros from Fashion Technology Accelerator from Milano
- Production of 150 units of the brand-new version that is consisted of Brummell Jacket and Brummell Skin

Novello Design is a company that designs and sells products for children/babies made of organic cotton, and the target group is young parents who are very aware of the origins of the products they give to their children.
The product portfolio consists of products that are completely organic, environmentally friendly and safe to use, made of organic cotton, and have an attractive design that appeals to children as end users, but also parents (primarily mothers as decision-makers for the purchase).
